1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kidoride.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are non-refundable.

  • Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
